What is the snow load rating for your homes?

Since all of our plans are pre-engineered to begin with, there's no one-sized fits all approach to the structural side of our designs. Therefore we don't have a standard snow load rating for our homes. When you purchase the 'Prep for Permit' package, we will engineer your set of plans as the structural requirements will be based on your municipality.
